Pickup orders must be collected at the scheduled time. Delivery orders placed through third-party platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are subject to their policies. Once an order is handed to a delivery partner, The Jollof District is not responsible for delays, damages, or delivery issues.

For catering services, a 30% deposit may be required to confirm large orders. Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed in advance. Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on timing. Pricing may vary based on order size and customization.
